Som kund hos Jan Röhlander och Lyckat Event Sverige AB så skall du kunna känna dig trygg gällande Dataskyddsförordningen, även förkortad som GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Detta är EU:s nya dataskyddsförordning som gäller i alla unionens länder från och med den 25 maj 2018

 

För dig som kund innebär det kortfattat följande:

 

• Ansvarig hos Lyckat Event Sverige AB (org.nr: 556874-8601) är Jan Röhlander. 

• De "uppgifter" som samlas in enligt GDPR är såklart i första hand fotografier. Därför skrivs ett samtycke med personer som fotograferas där det är möjligt. Kan även vara muntligt. Detta innebär förenklat att du godkänner att du blir fotograferad och att Jan får spara och behandla dina bilder. Egentligen ingen skillnad alls från hur vi alltid har arbetat. Vi använder inga bilder som inte fått ok från dig som kund.
   

• Om inget annat överenskommits så sparas bilderna i fem år. Ofta återkommer kunder och vill ha kopior på tidigare tagna bilder efter t.ex. en datakrasch eller dylikt.

 

• Du kan enligt GDPR alltid begära ut vilka uppgifter företaget har sparat på dig. En kostnad kan tillkomma

 

• Skulle det finnas bilder eller information som du vill ta bort så raderas detta självklart, oavsett
  GDPR, samtycke eller ej. Mer utifrån ett sunt synsätt och respekt för medmänniskor.

As a customer of Jan Röhlander and Lyckat Event Sverige AB, you should be familiar with the Data Protection Regulation, also abbreviated as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is the EU's new data protection regulation that applies in all EU countries from 25 May 2018

 

For you as a customer, it briefly implies the following:

 

• Responsible for Lyckat Event Sverige AB is Jan Röhlander.

 

• The "tasks" collected under the GDPR are of course primarily photographs. Therefore, consent is given to people photographed where possible. Can also be verbal. This simply means that you agree that you are photographed and that Jan may save and process your pictures. Really no difference at all from how we have always worked. We do not use any images that did not get ok from you as a customer.

 

• Unless otherwise agreed, the images are saved for five years. Often, customers return and want copies of previously taken pictures after, for example, a data crash or the like.

 

• According to GDPR, you can always ask what information the company has saved on you. A charge may be incurred

 

• Should there be pictures or information that you want to delete, this will be deleted, of course
  GDPR, consent or not. More from a healthy approach and respect for fellow human beings.
